EU Alliance on Community Power
At the EU level we bring together a broad range of stakeholders to:
- Exchange experiences and knowledge
- Raise awareness amongst political EU decision makers
- Get explicit recognition of community energy in climate and energy legislation to enable citizens to build up projects on the ground
- Incentivise national community energy targets in the next renewables package
- Call for stable and predictable support schemes
- Get grid prioritisation to support community and distributed energy production
